We accept cash payments in full at the time you drop off your pet. If any miscellaneous charges are accumulated during your pets stay all fees must be paid prior to collection of your pet or at the time of pick up. Deposits are required for all bookings, including, peak season, long weekends and long term bookings and all other non peak times. 

 

No Cash kept on premises

Please bring correct cash as we don't carry any change. 

Direct Deposit

The total amount of your pets stay must be paid in full and payment must be cleared prior to your pets being dropped off. If any miscellaneous charges are accumulated during your pets stay all fees must be paid and cleared prior to collection of your pet or at the time of pick up in cash.

If for any reason our EFTPOS or Wi-Fi is not available, payment must be made by cash or direct deposit, conditions apply as above. 

Refund Policy

No refund policy for early returns. A credit may be considered at Karen's discretion. 

Full refunds given when bookings cancelled by client with more than 14 days notice, during any time. 

No refunds or credits during any NSW holidays, peak season, long weekend, December or January with less than two weeks notice. 

Full refund if booking cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, minus any time stayed or fees that have accumulated.

Note: Phone Reception is very poor quality. If you need phone service to pay or to look up vaccination certificates, you MUST DO THIS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Please do not waste my time by trying to get a signal here to perform something on your phone. My time is very limited.
